History
Independent Property Services was formed by Brian Swanson FNAEA in 1994 after he had been a partner in another successful estate agency practice since 1978.
Brian is ably supported by Martin Bird, the Sales Manager, and his sales team and David Gilvray, the Lettings Manager, and his lettings team. Additional support is given by an administration team. Martin and David each have some 25 years estate agency experience.
The Company specialises in residential sales in the UK as well as overseas together with residential lettings and management for landlords in the UK and around the world. Mortgage advice is available from a qualified financial consultant. A comprehensive service for a competitive fee 7 days a week includes free valuations and advice on all property matters from qualified personnel.
We incorporate extensive advertising via newspapers and brochures as well as the internet via www.independentpropertyservices.co.uk , www.teamprop.co.uk and www.rightmove.co.uk. Additional coverage is provided via the Team network.
